Rick is a Co-Managing Partner of Merchant Credit Partners with the responsibility of overseeing the origination, structuring and underwriting of lending solutions for the wealth management industry. He has also been a Partner at Merchant Investment Management since 2017 and an investment principal at GPS Investment Partners since 2015. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of CoVenture. Previously, Rick worked in the Investment Management group at Merrill Lynch where he focused on alternative investments for the duration of his tenure. He was on the portfolio management team that ran a suite of products with approximately $1billion assets under management and grew an Alternatives Platform to over $35billion

Rick graduated with a B.S. in Finance from the McDonough School of Business of Georgetown University.

Amit serves as Chief Financial Officer of Merchant Credit Partners, where he handles all financial and reporting responsibilities of the firm. Prior to MCP, Amit served as CFO for Dynasty Financial Partners and managed Dynasty’s Capital Strategies business and was responsible for deploying credit and equity capital in its network firms.

Previously, Amit headed Family Office Special Services at Morgan Stanley, was responsible for building the administrative platform for Citi Family Office, and worked in the Strategy Group at Smith Barney, where he was primarily responsible for managing Risk Capital for the firm.

Amit earned an MBA from Penn State and holds Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designations.

Glen is a Partner of Merchant Credit Partners, where his main responsibilities are to originate and structure credit solutions and working with the existing borrowers base to create value through the MCP network. Glen’s experience at Merchant and GPS Investment Partners includes helping incubate and grow asset management platform, RIA’s and alternative lending companies.

Previously, Glen was an analyst for Cedar Glade Capital, a boutique hedge fund specializing in distressed investments and litigation finance.

Glen graduated Cum Laude from Brandeis University, earning a BA in Business with a focus in Finance, and Politics.

Nikita is a Vice President at Merchant Credit Partners, focusing on underwriting, risk, and portfolio management. Nikita’s experience includes underwriting and monitoring of $1+ billion of transactions. Prior to MCP, Nikita worked for TD Bank's Energy Corporate Banking division. During his time at TD, he was involved with a number of marquee transactions in the Utilities industry, with primarily responsible for underwriting various loans structures and performing ongoing portfolio management activities. Previously, Nikita worked for the Corporate & Investment Banking division of UniCredit

Nikita received a BBA in Finance from The George Washington University.

Manu Rao is a Senior Analyst in Merchant Credit Partners, where his main responsibilities are to assist in the origination and structuring of credit solutions and working with the existing borrower base to create value through the MCP network. Previously Manu was a high yield research analyst covering the financial services sector at CIFC Asset Management. Prior to that, Manu was a Senior Associate at LBC Credit Partners, where he was involved in the underwriting and structuring of more than $300 million in loans to lower middle-market companies across a wide variety of industries.

Manu has also held positions as a credit research analyst with THL Credit and Northwestern Mutual Capital, covering investment grade, high yield, and distressed corporate credit.

Manu received his Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington.
